Lisa Duncan spent over twenty-five years in the fashion industry: as a European and American Designer Collection buyer with Nordstrom, as the owner of three designer specialty boutiques in Texas, as the national sales manager for a Denmark fashion accessory company, and Vice President of North American merchandising for an Australian clothing firm. She is passionate about retailing and enjoyed every minute of her exciting career. Lisa now consults and presents informative seminars to both individuals and corporate clients. She teaches retail merchandising secrets, workplace dressing, and the lost art of customer service.
